• Find the ACE CAMP you are interested in taking.
  • Read the TRIP OUTLINE, PAYMENT DETAILS + ITINERARY specific to the ACE CAMP you would like to attend. There is a link to the REGISTRATION page on each camp.
  • Fill out the REGISTRATION FORM for the ACE CAMP. 
  • Please note that sometimes this takes a day or so to respond.  We will send you an email when your application has been accepted and with your acceptance you'll be sent information regarding your deposit for placement in the camp.
  • Send initial deposit.  Payment can be made by cheque, PayPal and credit card. 
  • You will be invoiced for your final payment as indicated on your Ace Camp description.

We will notify you when to book your travel arrangements.

Prior to your departure you will be sent a document called:  "Preparing for Your Journey to...(insert your destination)" which will include an up to date itinerary, supplies you may need to bring, directions to the accommodation and how to get there from the airport, what to bring, what to wear and any other information we think necessary.

Sometimes the camps fill up as soon as we launch them.  If you are interested in joining us please be ready to sign the case of a filled Ace Camp we will start a wait list.

How does the waitlist work?
When an Ace Camp fills, we start a wait list. There is no charge to be on the waiting list. If space becomes available, we contact the first person on the list. That person then has 24 hours to let us know before we move on to the next person. If a space becomes available within 30 days of the start of a workshop, the registrar will contact all persons on the wait list by email and the space will be given to whomever contacts us first.
